 France Conduct Its First Military Exercises In Space  The French military will carry out drills to test the capabilities of its Space Command  tackling threats to its satellites. The exercise are part of France's strategy to become the world's third-largest space power.  France has launched its first military exercises in space in order to test its ability to defend its satellites as well as other defense equipment from attack amid the growing competition between the world powers in Earth's orbit. The Head of France's newly created Space Command Michel Friedling called the space exercise a stress test of the system and mentioned that the exercises  were a first for the French army as well as entire Europe.             India's First Forest Healing Centre India's first forest healing center open in Uttarakhand's Ranikhet The country's first forest healing center based in the concept of making people health by bringing them into direct contact with nature was opened to the public on Sunday at Kalika near Ranikhet. Drawing inspiration from the Japanese technique of forest bathing  the healing center has been developed by the research wing of Uttarakhand Forest Department. Spread over an area of around 13 acres, the center was inaugurated by noted environmentalist from Ranikhet Joginder Bisht. The forest healing center maintains a register in which visitors can share their experiences.
